	Get a free Estimate Request for a Quote. We'll send you an estimate via e-mail within 1 business day.
	Approve your project quote Review our estimate, and contact us with any questions. Once you're ready to proceed, we'll request an initial deposit equal to 50% of the project estimate. Deposits can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or an overnight bank check. At that time, we'll ask that you provide us with all the publication specs for your ad (exact size, delivery info, etc.) and if you're new to Paragon Matrix we'll also ask that you fill out a brief 'Marketing Profile' to help us best understand your communication needs.
	Review & Approve Concepts  Within 5-10 business days (rush service available), we will send your design concepts via e-mail (PDF files) for review. Once you've made a selection we will make any necessary changes you require. At Paragon Matrix we guarantee your satisfaction, and revisions are unlimited. We'll work until you're 100% satisfied
	Final Invoice & Payment Upon final approval of your project, we will send you a final itemized invoice. Payment of your balance (total minus your deposit) is due prior to releasing final artwork to you or carry out publication on your behalf.
	Transfer Final Art To You Or Publication: Upon receipt of payment, we will send the final artwork to you via E-mail, FTP or FedEx on a CD (whichever you prefer), or directly to the printer for publication. You or the printer will receive confirmation of when the art work was sent out, and when it will arrive.
